What it does
One system for everything between applied and hired.
No more spreadsheets, shared inboxes, or a job description pasted into five different boards.
Resume parsing
Apex can extract some text and contact details from a résumé. Review every extracted field against the original file.
Keyword scoring
A keyword score helps sort applications for human review. Check the résumé and application answers before deciding what to do next.
Pipeline management
Review candidate stages and recruiter ownership in the employer workspace. Leaders with broader access can review activity across their assigned businesses.
Interview scheduling
Share available interview slots with candidates. Calendar synchronization and reminders depend on configured providers.
Careers pages and job feeds
Publish roles to your Apex careers page. External job-board feeds require board eligibility, account setup and verification.
Recruiting activity
Track candidates and stage changes in the recruiting workspace, with source details where they are provided.
SMS + email
Message applicants the way they answer.
Prepare applicant messages from the candidate record. Live delivery and replies require a configured email or SMS provider; this public inbox preview is simulated.
- Message templates and applicant-level history
- SMS requires a business-owned, verified sending number
- Email replies require verified inbound routing
- The public inbox preview uses simulated messages

How it works
Four steps from posting to signed offer.
Create a job
Enter the job in Apex and publish it to your careers page. External distribution depends on each board's supported connection and approval.
Applications sort themselves
Collect applications and résumés in Apex, review the candidate record, and move the applicant through your hiring stages.
Contact applicants
Use the applicant record to prepare a message. Delivery and inbound replies require an active, verified email or SMS provider.
Review and interview
Keep notes, schedule interviews and update hiring status in the workspace. External calendar actions depend on configuration.
The difference
Most teams still hire out of an inbox.
Without an ATS
- Resumes buried in a shared email inbox
- Candidates called back two days after applying
- The same job description retyped for five boards
- Interview times negotiated over email threads
- No idea which source produced your best hires
With Apex ATS
- Every applicant in one searchable, scored pipeline
- Candidate records and stage history in one workspace
- Careers-page publishing with external feeds subject to approval
- Interview scheduling tools with calendar connections verified separately
- Source details recorded when available
Hosted careers pages
Publish open roles at your branded careers-page URL. Search-engine indexing and external job-board distribution are subject to each provider's rules and review.

What is Apex ATS, in short?
Applicant tracking software for managing jobs, applications, candidate records and recruiting workflows. Contact us for current pilot availability and terms.
All questions- What is Apex ATS?
- Apex ATS is applicant tracking software from Caspian Solutions for managing job openings, applications, candidate records and recruiting stages. Careers pages can be configured for a workspace; external board feeds, messaging and other provider actions require separate account setup and verification.
- How much does Apex ATS cost?
- Current pilot pricing and workspace limits are confirmed directly with the Apex team. The public self-service plans are not available until their terms and provider entitlements are verified.
- Can I text applicants from Apex ATS?
- Live SMS requires an authorized business-owned sender, provider configuration, required consent and a successful delivery test. Inbound replies require a separately configured and tested webhook route. The public inbox preview is simulated.
- How do I get pilot access?
- Pilot access is arranged with the Apex team. Workspace provisioning, user access and provider setup are confirmed before live recruiting starts.
- Do I get a careers page?
- A hosted careers page can be configured for a workspace. The owner should verify the page URL, brand, application form, resume upload and indexing behavior before sharing it with applicants.
- Who owns the data in my workspace?
- The applicable employer controls its applicant records. Export, retention and deletion availability and timing are confirmed in the written pilot or data-processing terms; contact the workspace owner or Apex administrator for a scoped request.
