Keep your hiring work in Apex. Review which features use public job data, shared links or calendar files, and which need provider setup before they can operate.
Apex provides careers pages, job feeds, tagged application links and calendar exports. Job-board publication and messaging require separate setup and verification. Ordinary email correspondence is not proof of synchronization with a job board’s native inbox.
Job boards
Prepare jobs in Apex; confirm each board separately.
Indeed
On requestApex generates an XML feed for open jobs. Indeed must approve the publishing route and employer account; a feed URL does not guarantee a listing. Automatic publishing is not activated.

On requestApex generates job data for review with your ZipRecruiter representative. Feed acceptance, account setup and publication must be confirmed before jobs can appear on ZipRecruiter.

How it worksPost the job's careers page URL as a LinkedIn job or share it from your company page. Applicants are tagged with the LinkedIn source when they arrive through a tagged link.
Share a careers or job link. Applications from a careers-page link default to the careers source unless a tagged direct job link is used or the source is confirmed during import.
Messaging
Messaging with configured senders and verified replies.
Twilio SMS
Bring your own accountSMS requires a configured Twilio sender, consent and verified reply routing. Production sending stays unavailable until setup is complete. Opt-outs are enforced; requests to resume messaging require review.

Bring your own accountEmail requires a configured Resend account and verified sending domain. Inbound routing must also be configured and tested. No email is sent when the provider is unavailable.

HRIS and onboarding
On requestHRIS transfers require a separately scoped and implemented connector. Contact us with your provider and required fields; automatic transfer is not currently available.
Payroll providers
On requestMarking an applicant Hired does not create a payroll employee. Payroll integration requires a separate implementation and verification with your provider.
Background checks
On requestBackground-check ordering and result synchronization require a separate provider integration. They are not available as a built-in action today.
Single sign-on
On requestEnterprise SSO requires a separately agreed and verified integration. A plan purchase alone does not activate SAML or OIDC sign-in.

Tell us the system and the data flow you need. This sends a request for review; current support, scope and timing must be confirmed separately.
- Does one setup connect every job board?
- No. Each provider has its own account, approval and billing requirements. Your team can work in Apex where an integration has been configured and verified. Registering a source account for tracking does not connect that board.
- Is there an API?
- Apex exposes public job feeds and supports configured messaging webhooks. General third-party REST API access requires a separate scope and review; it is not automatically provisioned.
