Apex ATS integrates with Indeed, ZipRecruiter and Google for Jobs out of the box through feeds and structured data; with LinkedIn and Facebook through shared links; with Twilio for SMS and Resend for email; and with Google Calendar and Microsoft 365 through .ics export. HRIS, payroll, background check and SSO integrations are built on request.

- What does 'Connect your own account' mean?
- You keep your own account with each provider (Indeed, ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn, Twilio, your HRIS) and connect it to Apex from Settings. You pay the provider directly at their rates; we add no markup.
- Is there an API?
- Public job feeds and Twilio webhooks are live now. REST API access is granted through the free Developer Program.
