How long does setup take?
Timing depends on the jobs, data, team access and provider connections in scope. We agree on milestones before work begins.
Can we post jobs during the pilot?
A job can be posted on the Apex careers page once the workspace and application flow are verified. External boards need separate account setup and publication checks.
Will SMS, email and calendar sync be ready?
Live delivery and calendar synchronization depend on authorized providers and successful workspace-specific tests. We identify these dependencies during scoping.
