What is included

- A 45-minute discovery call to map your roles, locations, sources and current process.
- A 90-minute working session with an implementation specialist where we configure your workspace together: jobs, keywords, knockouts, templates, careers page, availability and team roles.
- Written notes from the session and a practice task list so your team can rehearse before real applicants arrive.
- A 30-minute follow-up Q&A two weeks after go-live to tune scoring and templates against real applications.
- Optional extras at the session: CSV import of existing candidates, SMS opt-in wording review, job board feed submission.
- Email support from your specialist for 30 days after go-live.

- How much does Guided Setup cost?
- $855, one time, invoiced after we confirm your dates. It is not a subscription and does not change your plan price.
- How long does it take?
- About three weeks end to end, with roughly three hours of your time across the calls and session.
- Who should attend?
- Whoever will run hiring day to day, plus an admin if that is someone else. Hiring managers are welcome at the session but not required.
- Can we do it faster?
- Yes. If you have your job descriptions and logo ready we can complete discovery and configuration in the same week.
- Is it refundable?
- If you cancel before the discovery call, in full. After that, the fee covers the specialist's time and is not refunded.
- Do you offer this for private label partners' clients?
- Yes. Partners can buy Guided Setup for their end clients at a partner rate; ask on the private label page.
