Pilot access

Test the workflow, before live recruiting.

We arrange pilot access after confirming the employer workspaces, user roles, provider permissions and acceptance checks your team needs.

Pilot access is arranged with Apex. Provider-dependent actions stay unavailable until the relevant accounts are authorized, configured and verified with a controlled test.

Pilot readiness

Verify the path, before launch.

  • Pilot access is provisioned by the Apex team
  • Employer workspaces and user roles are confirmed before invitations are sent
  • Careers-page publishing is verified for each workspace
  • Jobs, applications and résumé handling are tested with controlled records
  • Zoho Recruit actions require an authorized connection and employer mapping
  • Email and SMS delivery require provider configuration and a round-trip test
  • External job-board publication depends on board eligibility and approval
  • Calendar synchronization and reminders are verified separately

Prepare a controlled evaluation

  • Choose one employer and a draft role. Keep it unpublished until the employer approves the posting and application route.
  • Use synthetic applicants and approved test addresses while checking résumé handling, provider delivery and reply routing.
  • Confirm each teammate's employer access and role before sending invitations.

FAQ

Pilot access questions.

How do I get pilot access?
Contact Apex with the employers, users and recruiting workflows you want to evaluate. Access is arranged after workspace scope and provider requirements are reviewed.
Do I need a credit card?
Pilot commercial terms are confirmed in writing before activation.
Which features can I test?
The pilot scope is agreed for each workspace. External providers and job boards must be authorized and separately acceptance-tested.
Can I use it for live recruiting?
Only after the employer approves the job, application route and data handling, and all required providers pass their acceptance checks.
Can I test SMS without messaging candidates?
The public inbox preview uses simulated messages. A production workspace needs an authorized sender, consent and opt-out handling, and a verified delivery/reply test before candidate outreach.
How long is pilot data retained?
Retention and deletion terms are specified in the pilot agreement before data is entered.
Can I use Apex under my own brand?
Private-label availability and third-party provider permissions must be confirmed in writing for your use case.
