- What counts as an open role?
- Workspace limits are confirmed during pilot setup. Jobs can be drafted, published to a configured careers page, paused or closed according to the workspace workflow.
- Do you charge per user?
- User access is scoped to employer workspaces and assigned roles. We confirm the appropriate access model and commercial terms for each rollout.
- Is SMS included?
- SMS requires an authorized business-owned sender, provider configuration, consent controls and live delivery testing. A dedicated number is not automatically provisioned by Apex.
- Can I import from my old ATS?
- Migration scope depends on the source data and target workspace. We review a sample export and confirm the mapping before importing records.
- Is there a contract?
- Pilot and subscription terms are confirmed in the written quote before you begin.
- Do you offer private label?
- Private-label availability and provider-specific commercial permissions must be confirmed in writing. Contact us to review your use case.
- Is there a free trial?
- Pilot access is arranged with the Apex team. We are not advertising a self-service trial until provisioning and provider setup are confirmed.
