- What counts as an open role?
- A job that is accepting applications. Closed and filled roles do not count, and you can reopen them any time.
- Do you charge per user?
- No. Add every hiring manager, interviewer and coordinator. Pricing follows the number of roles you are actively hiring for.
- Is SMS included?
- Growth and Enterprise include a dedicated number and two-way SMS. Message volume is generous for hiring use; very high-volume accounts get a custom quote.
- Can I import from my old ATS?
- Yes. We import candidates, jobs and notes from standard CSV exports on every plan, and run assisted migrations on Enterprise.
- Is there a contract?
- Monthly plans cancel any time. Annual plans get two months free.
- Do you offer private label?
- Staffing agencies, PEOs and consultancies can resell Apex ATS under their own brand. Implementation tiers start at $3,000; see the private label page.
- Is there a free trial?
