Apex ATS is built to be set up in an afternoon. These packages are for teams that would rather have a specialist beside them, and for partners who are putting their own name on the product.
Apex ATS offers three services. Guided Setup ($855) configures one employer workspace with an implementation specialist over three weeks. Private Label Implementation ($3,000 to $15,000) launches a branded version of Apex ATS for partners who resell it. The Developer Program (free) gives integration teams a sandbox and API support.

Questions about services.
- Do I need a service package to use Apex ATS?
- No. Most teams sign up, follow the support center and are posting jobs the same day. Guided Setup is for teams that want a specialist to configure the workspace with them; the private label tiers are for partners reselling under their own brand.
- How much do Apex ATS services cost?
- Guided Setup is $855, one time. Private label implementation is $3,000 (Standard), $7,500 (Rollout) or $15,000 (Integration). The Developer Program is free.
- How long does implementation take?
- Guided Setup runs over about three weeks. Private label Standard typically takes four to six weeks from kickoff; Rollout and Integration depend on the migration and engineering scope, usually eight to twelve weeks.
- Can I start with Guided Setup and move to private label later?
- Yes. Guided Setup fees are credited toward a private label tier if you sign a partner agreement within six months.
