Partners
Explore hiring software for your clients.
Apex works with organizations that serve employers. Tell us about your clients and the recruiting workflow you want to support, and we can discuss a scoped pilot.
Partner arrangements are considered individually. Branding, client ownership, support, implementation scope and pricing are agreed in writing. Provider connections and any downstream integrations require separate review and verification.

Pilot discussion
What we can review together.
- The first employers, roles and application workflows in scope.
- Careers page configuration and employer-specific access.
- Brand, domain and support requirements.
- External board, messaging and calendar provider dependencies.
- Proposed terms, responsibilities and acceptance checks.
Commercial approach
Defined for each arrangement.
We discuss the number of client workspaces, support responsibilities, branding and any technical work. Apex then documents a proposed scope and commercial terms for review. No public reseller price or margin is implied by this page.
Process
Start with one concrete use case.
- 01
Describe your clients
Share the employers you serve, the roles they hire for and how they recruit today.
- 02
Review the pilot
We discuss workspace boundaries, branding, providers and any proposed integrations.
- 03
Agree the terms
Scope, schedule, support and commercial responsibilities are confirmed in writing before rollout.
Get in touch
Tell us about your clients.
A brief description of your service and first employer use case is enough to begin.
- What does a partnership cost?
- There are no approved public implementation tiers or wholesale rates. Apex reviews the proposed model and provides any commercial terms in writing.
- Can we resell Apex ATS under our brand?
- A branded arrangement may be discussed, but its scope, client responsibilities, branding surfaces and commercial terms require an agreement with Apex.
- Will hired applicants flow into payroll or onboarding?
- No automatic handoff is promised. Tell us which systems and fields are involved so technical feasibility and authorization can be reviewed.
- Who supports the employers?
- First-line support, escalation, billing and client ownership are determined in the written arrangement for each proposed partnership.
- Can we use our own messaging and job board accounts?
- Provider accounts and permissions are reviewed per employer. External board publication, live messaging and calendar sync require setup and verification.
