Opt-outs, STOP and quiet hours

SMS opt-outs and quiet-hour behavior depend on verified inbound routing and workspace settings. Check the send result before retrying.

These controls are available only when inbound routing and workspace configuration are active. Test them with an approved number before using SMS for applicants.

Opt-out keywords

Recognized opt-out messages such as STOP are recorded and block further SMS. A later START request is retained for review and does not automatically restore consent. Verify inbound handling with the configured provider before live use.

HELP

HELP responses depend on the provider configuration. Confirm the employer's program description and contact details in the provider console and test them before live use.

Quiet hours

The configured quiet-hour window can block a manual send. Blocked messages are not automatically queued for later; check the result and send again only when appropriate. Confirm the setting in your workspace and follow the rules that apply to your recipients.
