Analytics definitions: time-to-fill vs time-to-hire

Time-to-fill counts days from a job opening to its first hire. Time-to-hire counts days from an applicant applying to being marked Hired. The funnel and source reports use stage changes.

Analytics are only useful when the underlying dates and stages are understood. The workspace reports the measures currently available in the interface; do not assume they match external benchmarks.

Time-to-fill

The analytics screen reports the measures currently available in your workspace. Confirm their labels and date ranges in the interface before using them for comparisons.

Time-to-hire

Time-to-hire and time-to-fill definitions depend on the events and dates available in your data. Do not assume median or average calculations unless the report labels them explicitly.

Funnel

The funnel reflects application stages recorded in the workspace. Review the stage definitions and included date range before comparing results.

Source effectiveness

Source summaries depend on source values supplied with an application or recorded during import. Job feeds distribute listings; they do not automatically return applicant or résumé data. Cost-per-hire reporting is not currently available.
