Export your data

Export jobs, applicants, applications, notes and messages as CSV from Settings, Data at any time. Resumes can be requested as a zip.

Steps

  1. 1Open Settings, Data.
  2. 2Choose what to export: Applicants, Applications (with stage, score and source), Jobs, Notes, Messages or Everything.
  3. 3Pick a date range if you want a partial export.
  4. 4Download the CSV. Large exports are emailed as a link that expires in 24 hours.
  5. 5For resume files, choose Request resume archive. We package them into a zip and email a signed link, normally within one business day.

Your data is yours. There is no export fee, no waiting period and no minimum plan. The CSV columns are documented on the export page so the files import cleanly into spreadsheets or another system.

Deleting data

Delete an applicant from their record (Owner and Admin only). Their applications, notes and messages are removed and the resume file is deleted from storage. To delete an entire workspace, the Owner can do so from Settings, Danger zone, or email us and we will confirm and remove it within 30 days.

Applicant requests

If an applicant asks you what you hold about them or asks for deletion, use the export and delete controls on their record. You are the controller of that data; we help if you get stuck.
