Starter is $99 a month for 3 open roles, Growth is $249 a month for 15 open roles with SMS, and Enterprise is custom. Users are unlimited on every plan. Annual billing gets two months free.
Changing plans
Upgrades take effect immediately and the difference is prorated. Downgrades apply at the next renewal. If you have more open jobs than the new plan allows, pause or close jobs first.
Invoices and payment
Card payments are processed by our payment provider; Enterprise customers can pay by invoice. Invoices are emailed to the billing contact and available in Settings, Billing.
Cancelling
Cancel from Settings, Billing. The workspace stays active until the end of the paid period, then becomes read-only for 60 days so you can export, after which it is deleted. Fees already paid are not refunded except where the law requires it.
