Jobs and careers pageUpdated

Set up your careers page

Your hosted careers page lives at ats.apexsales.ai/careers/your-slug. Add a logo, brand color and intro in Settings, Careers page.

Steps

  1. 1Open Settings, Careers page.
  2. 2Upload a logo (PNG or SVG, at least 200 pixels wide) and pick a brand color. The color is used for buttons and highlights.
  3. 3Write a short intro: who you are, what you hire for, and what happens after someone applies.
  4. 4Add your website so applicants can find their way back to you.
  5. 5Review the slug. Changing it changes the URL, so do it before you share links or submit feeds.
  6. 6Save, then open the preview link to check the page on a phone.

The careers page is the front door for every applicant. It lists your open jobs, gives each one its own page with structured data for Google for Jobs, and hosts the application form that feeds your pipeline.

Linking from your own website

Add a Careers link on your site pointing to your Apex careers page. If you want jobs to appear inside your own site, the JSON feed at /feeds/your-slug/jobs.json returns every open job for your developer to render.

The application form

The form collects name, email, phone, city, an optional LinkedIn URL, a resume (PDF or Word), your screening questions, an optional cover letter and an SMS consent checkbox. Resume text is extracted in the applicant's browser so scoring is ready the moment the application lands.
